| Zhuji Xishi Feather Down Co., Ltd. was founded in 1987, covering a land area up to 13,000 sqm with a construction area of 7,900 sqm on it. It specializes in the production of down garments, down bed products, slacks, and jackets. It has about 650 staff, including 70 high and middle ranking technicians. It currently holds fixed assets valued more than USD 1.6 million, some of which is invested in advanced production and chemical examination equipment. In the year 2002, we attained a total annual production of 800,000 sets. Our total annual turnover is USD 5.3 million, which includes more than USD 4.2 million from exports, meaning 80% of our goods are shipped abroad. |

| In 2002 "SPRINGLIKE" brand eider down dresses and some of our standard bedding passed the examination of the China Quality Examination Association. In the same year we passed the ISO9001.2000 and gained the rights to self-manage the import and export of our products, which have so far been sold in the USA , Canada , Germany , Britain , Italy , Russia , Hungary , Japan , Korea , and elsewhere. And we have a good experience to make cloth for some famous companies such as "ELLE","DISNEY", “GAP”, "WALL MART" and so on. Right now we are accepting the examination by “Wall Mart”. This shows how our products are reaching into a wider and wider number of international markets.
